As a distinguished HPDC casting mold manufacturer, we specialize not only in precision and dimensional accuracy but also in optimizing mold die OEE performance and fostering mutually beneficial customer partnerships.
To guarantee the highest quality and reliability in our die molds, we utilize advanced 5-axis CNC milling machines, equipped with the latest generation control and capable of strokes up to 3000 x 3000 x 12000mm. Our production capabilities cover a broad spectrum, from 200T to 8000T die casting molds. Our facilities include over ten sets of large-scale mold die spotting equipment, high-level gantry machining centers, precise CNC machines, state-of-the-art CNC-EDM machining centers, high-precision duplicating milling machines, and sophisticated EDM/WEDM engraving machines. Furthermore, we are equipped with CMM three-coordinate measuring instruments and a comprehensive ERP management system. Integrating CAD/CAE/CAM technologies and ERP production management ensures seamless synergy from mold design and computer analysis to CNC machining and inspection, significantly reducing production cycle times.
Our mold design leverages cutting-edge software such as UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E for development, R&D, 3D modeling, simulation flow analysis, and innovative structural design. We utilize advanced MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software for superior model flow analysis.
