Utilizing CAD/CAE/CAM technology, the entire mold design, analysis, CNC machining, and inspection processes are seamlessly integrated, dramatically reducing production cycle times.
Our mold design process leverages advanced software platforms such as UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E for development and R&D. We conduct three-dimensional modeling, simulation flow analysis, and innovate structural designs using cutting-edge MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software.
