To guarantee the highest quality and reliability in our die molds, we employ state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines, featuring cutting-edge next-generation controls with strokes reaching 3000 x 3000 x 12000mm. This allows us to manufacture a diverse range of die casting molds, from 200T to 8000Tons. Our facility is equipped with over ten large-scale mold die spotting machines, advanced Gantry machining centers, and precise CNC machines. Additionally, we feature large CNC-EDM machining centers, high-precision duplicating milling machines, electric pulse, EDM/WEDM, engraving machines, and CMM Three coordinate measuring instruments, all managed under an advanced ERP system. The integration of CAD/CAE/CAM technology with ERP production management enables seamless mold design, analysis, CNC machining, and inspection processes, significantly reducing the mold production cycle.
Our mold design processes are powered by advanced UG8.0, SolidWorks, and Pro/E platforms, facilitating three-dimensional modeling, simulation flow analysis, and innovative structural design enhancements. We utilize the renowned MAGMA and Flow 3D software for comprehensive model flow analysis.
