Our facilities include large CNC-EDM machining centers, high-precision duplicating milling machines, precise electric pulse machines, EDM/WEDM and engraving machines, CMM three-coordinate measuring instruments, and an advanced ERP management system. Our mold design process leverages sophisticated software platforms such as UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E for development and R&D. We engage in three-dimensional modeling, simulation flow analysis, and comprehensive structural design and innovation updates. For model flow analysis, we utilize the cutting-edge MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software.
