Furthermore, our CMM three-coordinate measuring instrument and cutting-edge ERP management system ensure seamless integration of CAD/CAE/CAM technology, from design and computer analysis to CNC machining and inspection. This integration, coupled with our advanced equipment and management, significantly reduces the mold production cycle.
Our mold design leverages powerful platforms such as UG8.0, SolidWorks, and Pro/E, complemented by three-dimensional modeling, simulation flow analysis, and structural design innovation. We employ advanced software like MAGMA and Flow 3D for rigorous flow analysis, ensuring optimal design and performance.
