To guarantee the production of superior and reliable die molds, we employ state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines featuring the latest control technology and impressive capabilities (strokes up to 3000 x 3000 x 12000mm). Our production capabilities span die molds ranging from 200T to 8000Tons, supported by an array of large-scale mold die spotting equipment, high-level gantry machining centers, advanced precision CNC machines, and large CNC-EDM machining centers. We also utilize high-precision duplicating milling machines, electric discharge machining (EDM/WEDM), engraving machines, and CMM three-coordinate measuring instruments. Complemented by an advanced ERP management system and integrated CAD/CAE/CAM technologies, we ensure seamless mold design, computer analysis, CNC machining, and inspection processes, significantly reducing mold production cycle times.

We execute comprehensive three-dimensional modeling and simulation flow analyses, as well as structural innovation and updates, utilizing the genius of MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software.
