To guarantee the production of high-quality and reliable die molds, we employ state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines equipped with the latest generation controls (stroke up to 3000 x 3000 x 12000mm). Our capabilities range from producing die molds from 200T to 8000Tons and include over ten sets of large-scale mold die spotting equipment, advanced Gantry machining centers, precise CNC machines, large CNC-EDM machining centers, high-precision duplicating milling machines, electric pulse machines, EDM/WEDM, engraving machines, and CMM Three-coordinate measuring instruments, all managed by an advanced ERP system. By integrating CAD/CAE/CAM technology and ERP production process management, we streamline mold design, computer analysis, CNC machining, and inspection, significantly shortening the mold production cycle.
Our mold design process utilizes UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E software platforms, enabling three-dimensional modeling, simulation flow analysis, overall structure design, and continual innovation. We employ MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software for precise flow analysis.
