We seamlessly integrate CAD/CAE/CAM technology and ERP production process management, ensuring comprehensive mold design, computer analysis, CNC machining, and inspection. With our cutting-edge equipment, advanced management practices, and exceptional technology, we significantly shorten mold production cycle times.
Our mold design process leverages advanced software platforms such as UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E for development and R&D. We conduct detailed three-dimensional modeling and simulation flow analysis, coupled with innovative structural design and updates. For model flow analysis, we utilize the sophisticated MAGMA and Flow 3D analysis software tools.
