Our facilities include high-precision duplicating milling machines, electric pulse, EDM/WEDM and engraving machines, CMM Three coordinate measuring instruments, and an advanced ERP management system. By integrating CAD/CAE/CAM technology and ERP production process management, we streamline mold design, computer analysis, CNC machining, and inspection, significantly shortening the mold production cycle.
Our mold design process leverages advanced UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E development and R&D platform software for three-dimensional modeling, simulation flow analysis, and overall structural design innovation. We utilize the cutting-edge MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software for precise model flow analysis.
