Ensuring the production of high-quality and reliable die molds, we employ state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines equipped with the latest generation controls (capable of strokes up to 3000 x 3000 x 12000mm). Our capacity ranges from 200T to a massive 8000Tons, covering a full spectrum of die casting molds. Additionally, our facility boasts over ten sets of large-scale mold die spotting equipment, high-level Gantry machining centers, advanced precise CNC machines, large CNC-EDM machining centers, high-precision duplicating milling machines, and precise electric pulse EDM/WEDM and engraving machines. We utilize a CMM three-coordinate measuring instrument and an advanced ERP management system. By integrating CAD/CAE/CAM technology alongside ERP production management, we streamline the entire production process, from design and analysis to machining and inspection, ensuring a significantly reduced mold production cycle time.
Our mold designs leverage the power of UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E software platforms for comprehensive R&D. We conduct three-dimensional modeling, simulation flow analysis, and innovative structural design updates. For flow analysis, we utilize cutting-edge MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software.
