We utilize a CMM three-coordinate measuring instrument and an advanced ERP management system. By integrating CAD/CAE/CAM technology alongside ERP production management, we streamline the entire production process, from design and analysis to machining and inspection, ensuring a significantly reduced mold production cycle time.
Our mold designs leverage the power of UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E software platforms for comprehensive R&D. We conduct three-dimensional modeling, simulation flow analysis, and innovative structural design updates. For flow analysis, we utilize cutting-edge MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software.
