Our production capabilities range from 200T to 8000Tons, covering a comprehensive series of die casting molds. Our advanced facilities include over ten large-scale mold die spotting equipment, high-level Gantry machining centers, precise CNC machines, large CNC-EDM machining centers, high-precision duplicating milling machines, electric pulse, EDM/WEDM, engraving machines, CMM three-coordinate measuring instruments, and an advanced ERP management system. We integrate CAD/CAE/CAM technology and ERP production process management, encompassing mold design, computer analysis, CNC machining, and inspection, leading to significantly shortened mold production cycles.
Our mold design process primarily utilizes UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E platforms for development and R&D, enabling comprehensive three-dimensional modeling, flow simulation analysis, and overall structural design innovation. We employ leading MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software for flow analysis, ensuring optimal results.
