We manufacture die molds ranging from 200T to a colossal 8000T, supported by a comprehensive suite of large-scale mold die spotting equipment, high-level Gantry machining centers, and cutting-edge CNC machines. Our facilities include large CNC-EDM centers, high-precision duplicating milling machines, EDM/WEDM, engraving machines, and CMM Three Coordinate Measuring Instruments. Our integrated CAD/CAE/CAM technology and ERP production management system streamline our processes from mold design and computer analysis to CNC machining and inspection. With our advanced equipment, superior management, and exceptional technology, we significantly reduce mold production cycle times.
Our mold designs leverage powerful software platforms like UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E for development and R&D. We conduct comprehensive three-dimensional modeling and simulation flow analysis, alongside overall structural design and innovation updates. Our model flow analysis uses iconic MAGMA and Flow-3D model analysis software, ensuring optimum performance and reliability.
