Our capabilities range from producing die molds for 200T to 8000Tons die casting mold series, supported by an array of large-scale mold die spotting equipment, high-level Gantry machining centers, advanced CNC machines, CNC-EDM machining centers, high-precision duplicating milling machines, precision electric pulse machines, EDM/WEDM, engraving machines, and CMM three coordinate measuring instruments. Our advanced ERP management system, along with CAD/CAE/CAM technology, integrates mold design, computer analysis, CNC machining, and inspection processes, significantly shortening production cycle times.
Our mold design is primarily executed using UG8.0, Solidworks, and Pro/E development platforms, incorporating three-dimensional modeling and simulation flow analysis for comprehensive structure design and continuous innovation. We utilize advanced MAGMA and Flow 3D model analysis software for meticulous flow analysis.
